- The bird must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of illness, injury, or distress.

- Provide detailed information about the reason for the return, along with any relevant photos or videos.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong bird delivered, bird arrives in poor health).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned bird.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the returned bird, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement bird at no additional cost to you.

- Any bird showing signs of illness, injury, or distress upon return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
